We’re in the business of laughs, roasts, and reminder reality checks — not buyer’s remorse. That said, here's how we handle refunds like the legends we are:

Digital Products (Roast a Friend™ & Savage Reminder Subscriptions)

All of our products are digital and delivered instantly (because we don’t do slow). Once a message is sent or a subscription begins, it's final. No take-backs, no do-overs, and definitely no refunds.

Why No Refunds?

Because: You get what you pay for — fast, savage brilliance.
We can’t “unsend” a roast. It’s already done its damage.
Our time and creativity are valuable — and savage.

“But I Didn’t Mean To Roast Them That Hard!”

Intent doesn’t matter. You clicked SEND, legend. You knew what you were doing.

Exceptions? We’re Not Monsters.

If something went seriously wrong (like a glitch in the system or the wrong friend got roasted), contact us here with your Order ID and a detailed explanation.
We’ll investigate with the same energy we roast with — fair, fast, and fierce.

No Refunds For:

👉 “I changed my mind”
👉 “I didn’t think you’d actually send it”
👉 “My friend got mad” (That’s the point, remember?)
🙅 Subscriptions you forgot to cancel

Canceling Subscriptions

You can cancel your Savage Reminder Subscription anytime before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Savage Reminder reserves the right to deny refunds at our discretion.

Why? Because we’re not running a charity.
We’re running a roast empire.
